We meet the requirement for 100% washing of empty PCBs and finished products, especially in Defense Industry products, with our automatic washing process.
Conformal Coating – Component Bonding
To protect products from environmental conditions and electrical effects, we produce acrylic, silicone, hybrid, UV, polyurethane, etc., coatings according to IPC standards, based on customer requirements.
Especially for components requiring high physical strength, as required in Aviation and Military products, we perform bonding processes with epoxy application.
X-RAY Inspection
During and after production, we conduct inspection processes for Quality Control and Process Control using Bottom Terminated Components, BGA packages, and THT components according to IPC standards, to examine conditions such as Solder Fill, Air Bubbles, Tombstoning, Short Circuits, and Solder Defects.
Supply Chain
We manage the supply of components, aluminum and metal enclosures, production chemicals, and consumables to be used in the product according to customer demand.
